Over the last 12 months, I have shared my blogging for Fast Running. I made the decision to focus on writing about my experience with Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport. It’s a common issue in our sport that I am passionate about raising awareness of.
With my blogs, I’ve tired to highlight the many ups and downs, the mistakes, the triumphs and being honest about my journey. Progress isn’t linear. With the right support, patience and learning from mistakes, getting back to the sport you love is possible.
I know that many will resonate with my experience and I hope that it may have helped another athlete. Taking and writing about it has certainly helped me.
