Run 3D has helped me with my running form with real time gait analysis. This has established my key weaknesses and mobility limitations which impact my mechanics. It's formed the basis of my strength and conditioning helping me become stronger and injury free (see related blog - You are only as strong as your weakest point)
From learning a lot about my own mechanics, I have been inspired to get back into Musculoskeletal myself!
Even when back to full running training, its a great tool in my toolbox I can utilise in the future.
