I was pretty apprehensive about writing this post, however this is an important issue within our sport. I'm sharing this because it needs to be openly discussed. It needs to be acknowledged by athletes, coaches, parents, teachers & health care professionals that these signs should not be ignored, no matter how fast the athlete is performing at the time.
